The ability to increase team spirit and togetherness is a vital part of
a coach or manager’s toolkit. For most clubs ‘teambuilding’
in no more than a couple of weeks away during pre-season and various nights
out during the season.
Our work with teams across the UK and US goes way beyond these old fashioned
approaches, helping you to:
• Build team spirit in a way that
can be replicated season after season.
• Break down barriers and ’cliques’ within squads, helping
players to play for each other.
• Use our specially designed tools to understand the various personalities
in your squad and how these effect the rest of the players.
• Get more from your squad by developing
group responsibility.
These tools and techniques can be used directly with your players,
or we can build the capability of the management and coaching team to
enable them to apply them repeatedly.

Most of my our clients are already established professional footballers or managers who are ready to take their career to the next level.
Most people agree that mental attributes such as confidence, focus, discipline and motivation are at last as important as the technical and physical aspects of the game. Professionals tend to have these aspects in abundance when things are going well, however often need support to recapture them when things go less well.
It is an ideal time to contact us if:

• Your form has dipped and you need to get
back to your best quickly.
• You have just changed clubs and need to continue your form in your new surroundings.
• You have problems with your manager or team mates and which are effecting your performance.
• You have personal problems which are effecting your performances or your career. These may include financial, relationships or problems with addiction. We can help you get back on track.

Here’s how it works…
Clients work with us on a season by season basis. Relationships normally start during preseason with an three initial face to face sessions to set your aims, agree the coaching contract and jumpstart your progress.
Scheduled weekly sessions
Every 10 to 14 days, we’ll get together by phone at pre-scheduled times to review your performance, discuss progress and clear obstacles.
Unique Match Analysis
We will come a watch you play three times during the season and carry out our analysis of your performance. These reviews will be linked to your specific aims.
Bonus Time
Some of our best coaching happens just after games or training. We’ve had phone calls from the dressing room at the Millennium Stadium and from the toilets on the coach on the way home.
Sometimes you just need to know ’how to handle’ this or to get the managers latest rant off your chest. You will have a direct line to us and if we are available you will get straight through to us.
Your investment:
You will secure our services for the season for the equivalent of two weeks of your wages (with a minimum of £3500).
Discounts are available to clubs who want to secure our services for a number of players.
